As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, including the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and anticipate the needs of the executives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executives.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address administrative tasks to support their efficiency and productivity.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
    • Provide administrative support to other members of the leadership team as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
