Acting as a trusted partner to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President of Finance will play a crucial role in driving future growth and expansion within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the accounting and finance department to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient management of financial tasks
• Oversee Accounting Functions and ensure their proper execution
• Prepare and manage the Annual Budget to maintain financial health of the organization
• Conduct Auditing procedures to ensure transparency and compliance with financial regulations
• Manage Budget Processes to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of funds
• Execute Budgeting - Forecasting activities to predict future financial scenarios
• Ensure System Integration for seamless management of financial activities
• Prepare and present Audited Financial Statements to maintain financial transparency
• Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Functions necessary.
• Must be able to develop, manage, and evaluate Annual Budgets.
• Prior experience in Auditing is essential.
• Familiarity and expertise in Budget Processes is needed.
• Demonstrated ability in Budgeting and Forecasting is crucial.
• Experience with System Integration is a plus.
• Ability to produce and manage Audited Financial Statements is mandatory.
