We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Director/Manager - Corporate in Santa Clara, California. Our focus is on the corporate tax industry, where you will have the chance to utilize your skills and contribute to our team. The role encompasses a variety of tasks related to tax provision and compliance, with a strong reliance on your abilities in Adobe Acrobat, ATX Tax Software, CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, and Compliance software.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing tax provisions
• Overseeing corporate tax operations for 5-7+ years
• Utilizing Adobe Acrobat, ATX Tax Software, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax in daily tasks
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations using Compliance software
• Maintaining documentation for auditing purposes
• Balancing tasks between Big 4 Public / Private mix operations
• Implementing SAP in managing and organizing tax-related activities
• Performing various accounting functions to support the corporate tax department
• Managing the annual income tax provision process
• Addressing and resolving any tax-related issues as they arise

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
• Experience in using ATX Tax Software
• Knowledge of CCH ProSystem Fx
• Familiarity with CCH Sales Tax
• Ability to use compliance software
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
• Experience in preparing annual income tax provision
• Skill in conducting auditing procedures
• Ability to ensure compliance in all tasks
• Strong documentation skills
