We are offering an exciting opportunity for a well-known organization in the West End of Richmond. Our client is looking for a Controller to lead their client accounting processes and manage a team of Staff and Senior Accountants.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the accounting functions of the company
• Use accounting software systems like 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports for efficient financial management
• Handle and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
• Guide and lead a team of staff and seniors in the accounting department
• Manage client accounting processes to ensure client satisfaction
• Implement and oversee budget processes within the company
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts and credits
• Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to efficiently use Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM is required.
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports is desired.
• Comprehensive understanding of all Accounting Functions.
• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Solid background in Auditing.
• Knowledge of Budget Processes is crucial.
