About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our client in a hybrid role. This position offers the opportunity to handle diverse aspects of family law while engaging in case management, trial preparation, and legal administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and related disputes.
- Manage day-to-day case responsibilities, including deadlines, filings, client communications, and strategy building.
- Prepare for and participate in trials, including drafting necessary documents, presenting evidence, and advocating effectively in court.
- Take on legal secretary tasks, such as calendaring, e-filing, and document preparation, as part of the hybrid structure.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop customized solutions suitable for each client’s circumstances and needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience and familiarity with family law (required).
- Confidence in managing cases independently and leveraging strong organizational skills.
- Experienced in trial preparation and comfortable participating in trials when needed.
- Willingness to handle hybrid legal and administrative tasks as part of the role.
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
