Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve supplier issues.
- Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices based on company policies.
- Maintain accounts payable files and documentation for compliance.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and AP reporting.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address any billing or payment inquiries.
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.
- Proficiency with MS Excel (experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a plus).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite preferred).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A desire to learn and grow in an accounting career.
