We are keen to welcome an ERP Integration Manager to our team in the hi-tech engineering sector, based in San Jose, California. As an ERP Integration Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing efficient Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring data security within the Salesforce platform. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that align with business requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the development teams, reviewing and approving technical designs, code, and configurations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure that the solutions provided meet their expectations.
• Oversee the development of custom Salesforce applications, including workflows, triggers, and custom objects.
• Maintain the integrity, quality, and security of data within the Salesforce platform, implementing data migration strategies and managing data integrations.
• Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance processes for Salesforce development.
• Continually monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, addressing any performance issues and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance Salesforce capabilities and improve business processes.

• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Experience with Cloud Technologies
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Expertise in Epicor and Epicor ERP systems
• Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies
• Command of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and practices
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents
• Proven abilities in Change Management
• Prior experience in the Hi Tech Engineering industry is a plus
