Some responsibilities:
- Manage accounting functions for private equity funds, ensuring smooth quarterly closings.
- Play a key role in audit coordination, from planning to data review.
- Maintain and enhance accounting and operating procedures to align with best practices.
- Ensure financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and key reports.
- Analyze financial statements and review third-party quarterly valuations.
- Conduct accounting research and provide expert guidance.
- Tackle additional projects that drive efficiency and accuracy.

- 3+ years of public accounting experience with Investment Management clients (Private Equity, Venture Capital..)
- CPA (or significant progress toward it).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of complex projects and work independently.
- A team-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
- Experience working effectively across various levels of an organization.
