    Some responsibilities:

    • Manage accounting functions for private equity funds, ensuring smooth quarterly closings.
    • Play a key role in audit coordination, from planning to data review.
    • Maintain and enhance accounting and operating procedures to align with best practices.
    • Ensure financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards.
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and key reports.
    • Analyze financial statements and review third-party quarterly valuations.
    • Conduct accounting research and provide expert guidance.
    • Tackle additional projects that drive efficiency and accuracy.

    • 3+ years of public accounting experience with Investment Management clients (Private Equity, Venture Capital..)
    • CPA (or significant progress toward it).
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to take ownership of complex projects and work independently.
    • A team-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
    • Experience working effectively across various levels of an organization.
