    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in San Francisco, California. Operating within the dynamic industry, this role requires a dedicated individual who can handle customer queries, ensure accurate record-keeping, and contribute to process improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately and efficiently handle customer inquiries primarily through email, and also via phone and chat.
    • Monitor customer accounts and provide feedback on customer sentiment and trends to help the team improve services and address recurring issues.
    • Continuously stay updated on new product features and company updates to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and improve overall experience.
    • Analyze customer feedback and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Develop, refine, and suggest process improvements, including enhancements to internal and customer-facing documentation, to boost efficiency and reduce contact rates.
    • Develop and document best practices to standardize issue resolution and enhance team productivity.

    • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing solutions promptly.

    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a must.

    • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.

    • Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail and the ability to process information quickly.

    • Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring responses are timely and professionally presented.

    • Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use formulas, create spreadsheets, and interpret data.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently.

    • Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure all meetings and events are accurately recorded.
