    We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate in San Francisco, CA. This role operates within the industry, focusing on a variety of office services functions. The position involves client interaction, as the workplace is a location where clients visit frequently.


    Responsibilities:

    • Handle copy, print, and scan jobs, ensuring efficient and accurate completion

    • Crosstrain in various areas to diversify skillset and enhance service provision

    • Maintain a client-facing role, ensuring detail oriented and courteous interaction with customers

    • Collaborate with a small team to ensure smooth operations at the site

    • Report to the supervisor, maintaining open and detail-oriented communication

    • Utilize digital and paper-based systems for reprographic and mail services

    • Support in hosting events, ensuring detail-oriented presentation and organization

    • Adhere to and implement back-office procedures to maintain client satisfaction

    • Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information with care and discretion

    • Solve problems independently, escalating to a supervisory level when necessary

    • Work well in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively to meet deadlines

    • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, contributing to a harmonious team environment.

    • Possesses strong customer service skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in managing office functions and operations
    • Knowledgeable about office procedures and policies
    • Experience in answering inbound calls effectively
    • Capable of supervising and leading a team
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations
    • Familiarity with "About Time" software or similar time tracking tools
    • Understanding of hiring processes and recruitment
    • Skilled in scanning and digitizing documents
    • Experienced in performing receptionist duties
    • Ability to troubleshoot common office issues
    • Knowledge of facility management and maintenance
    • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
    • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Able to maintain logs and records accurately
    • Experience with office machinery and equipment
    • Understanding of paper management and filing systems
    • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
    • Able to distribute faxes efficiently
    • Familiarity with backup technologies and data recovery
    • Willing to work onsite and adhere to company's work schedule policy
