    Our client, a respected SEC-registered RIA managing ~$2 billion in assets, is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of four Client Service professionals
    • Oversee transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Coordinate with custodians and third-party data providers
    • Optimize resources and support advisors across locations
    • Improve workflows for onboarding, account maintenance, and investments


    • 7+ in client service or operations at an RIA
    • Proven leadership and team management experience
    • Expertise in Schwab, Fidelity, Addepar, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
