    • Ensure safe and accurate performance of end-to-end device checkouts.
    • Provide technical support and communicate issues to higher-level technicians.
    • Maintain and update system backups during the project's duration.
    • Actively participate in the startup of systems and equipment with senior level technicians.
    • Create and submit daily reports to the project team.
    • Make minor program and graphic changes and address issues timely and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with other contractors on the project site, providing information and support as needed.
    • Ensure the maintenance of company tools, test equipment, material, and company vehicles.
    • Engage in OEM Training and complete assigned BMS Controls Product training for career growth.
    • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and open communication, emphasizing the importance of safety and engagement.
    • Use and navigate the company’s building automation suite and offerings comfortably.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a relevant field
    • Proficiency in Dell Technologies
    • Knowledge and experience with HVAC systems
    • OSHA 10-Hour certification is required
    • Ability to create and understand analysis documentation
    • Experience using digital multimeters
    • Understanding of electrical circuits
