A successful midsized defense firm is seeking a litigation Attorney to join their employment litigation team! The ideal Employment Attorney candidate will have at least 2 full years of California civil litigation experience as a licensed attorney, with some of that experience being in employment litigation.
Once hired, the Attorney will be involved, on average, about 25 files at any time. Duties will include but are not limited to independently handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, discovery, drafting motions, and trial preparation.
Employment Attorney candidates should have excellent writing skills and be willing to work onsite at least three times a week.
