    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inputting and maintaining our database with high-level accuracy while ensuring quality and efficiency.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input, update, and maintain records in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
    • Verify the accuracy of data and resolve any discrepancies by cross-referencing with source documents.
    • Conduct regular reviews to maintain data integrity and completeness.
    • Generate reports or analyses from collected data, as needed.
    • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and document management.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure data is consistent and actionable across departments.


    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or data management are a plus.
    • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
    • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free work.
    • Experience using database software, Microsoft Excel, and other productivity tools.
    • Ability to type quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with coworkers and addressing data issues.
    • Familiarity with confidentiality protocols (such as handling sensitive data securely).
