    Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team at one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values both its employees and customers, ensuring satisfaction and success on both sides of the equation.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently.
    • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and choosing the best solution.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems.
    • Provide information about products, services, and account status to customers when requested.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
    • Uphold company values of honesty, respect, and positivity in all interactions.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest ideas for enhancements.


    • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles (1+ years preferred).
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, or basic office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
