    We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Finance Administrator in San Anselmo, California. This role is based in the industry, where you will be managing financial tasks and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner
    • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring all income is accurately recorded and collected
    • Implement auditing procedures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records and transactions
    • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management, including tracking expenses, generating invoices, and creating financial reports
    • Monitor financial transactions and reports, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve financial management
    • Respond to financial inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance to stakeholders
    • Maintain up-to-date financial records, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
    • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) operations, with a proven track record of efficiently handling and processing invoices.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, cash receipt processing, and debt management.
    • Practical experience in auditing, with a focus on identifying discrepancies and ensuring financial compliance.
    • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for various financial operations, including bookkeeping and payroll management.
