    We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Cloud System Administrator in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and improving our cloud infrastructure, providing expert-level support for technical issues, and contributing to project implementation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the final point of contact for complex technical issues and ensure their timely resolution.
    • Contribute to project initiatives by assisting with the deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational workflows and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Participate in the engineering of solutions, including aiding sales teams in formulating technical solutions.
    • Document escalated issues and project implementations comprehensively.
    • Monitor key metrics such as resolution time and project timelines and take appropriate action.
    • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for escalated incidents and critical issues.
    • Utilize CRM and ticketing systems to track service metrics and support the delivery of high-quality services.
    • Troubleshoot advanced networking issues, with a focus on Layer 2 and 3 networking issues.
    • Manage and troubleshoot virtual environments using Hyper-V and VMware.
    • Ensure data integrity by troubleshooting backup issues and implementing BDR solutions.
    • Handle escalated issues related to Microsoft Azure and other cloud environments.
    • Perform advanced troubleshooting in M365 services.
    • Collaborate with other teams for the quick resolution of critical or security-related issues.
    • Lead or support technical projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Cloud System Administrator
    • Proficient in Intune for device management and mobile application management
    • Experience with Microsoft Defender for endpoint security and threat management
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise for productivity, security, and device management
    • Solid understanding of Networking principles and technologies for robust system configuration
    • Expertise in Microsoft Azure for building, testing, deploying, and managing applications and services
    • Familiarity with SharePoint for collaboration, file sharing, and web publishing
    • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory for identity and access management services
    • Experience in Firewall Configuration to ensure system security and data protection
