We are seeking a Division Controller to be a part of our team in Salinas, California. In this role, you will be expected to manage accounting functions, oversee software systems, and handle both accounts payable and receivable. You will also be tasked with annual budget preparation and auditing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the division
• Utilize accounting software systems such as 3M, Epicor, and ADP for financial services
• Ensure compliance with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) efficiently
• Prepare and manage the annual budget to align with company's financial goals
• Perform audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
• Implement and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries related to financial matters
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Proficiency in 3M
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of DCAA regulations
• Proficiency in using Epicor
• Ability to perform all Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget
• Experience in Auditing processes and procedures
