In this role, you will be primarily focused on identifying and attracting talent for entry-level Customer Care positions across Northern California and Hawaii. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize CRM and Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate data and recruitment processes
• Engage in cold calling activities to source candidates for customer care positions
• Implement principles of diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct background checks for potential hires as part of the screening process
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
• Maintain a high level of organization and detail-orientation in handling a high volume of open requisitions
• Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Utilize Workday software for efficient recruitment and time management
• Understand and perform benefit functions related to recruitment and hiring
• Apply recruitment sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates
