Our client, a leading Sacramento-based firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience in insurance defense or coverage matters to join their dynamic team.     What You’ll Be Doing:

    As a Litigation Attorney, you’ll be instrumental in handling a variety of insurance coverage cases, including but not limited to:

    • Representing clients in insurance defense and coverage litigation.
    • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
    • Conducting legal research and analysis related to insurance coverage issues.
    • Managing the discovery process, including written discovery, depositions, and evidence preparation.
    • Working alongside senior attorneys and partners to prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and trials.


    What You Bring:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, specifically in insurance defense and/or coverage work. Attorneys with more experience are also encouraged to apply as the firm is flexible and willing to tailor the salary to fit qualifications.
    • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active membership in the California State Bar.
    • Skills: Exceptional legal research, writing, and organizational skills; proficiency in managing cases through all stages of litigation.
    • Client-Centered Mindset: Strong communication abilities to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
