We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a NextGen Specialist in Sacaton, Arizona, 85147, United States. As a NextGen Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing NextGen applications to cater to healthcare practice needs.

Responsibilities:
• Tailor NextGen solutions in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Lead the process of system upgrades, patches, and testing for the NextGen platform
• Provide user training and consistent support to maximize platform utilization
• Analyze and troubleshoot application-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, etc
• Generate insightful reports and analyze data to aid operational decision-making
• Implement and optimize NextGen applications according to healthcare practice needs.

• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Demonstrable experience with Cloud Technologies
• Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Familiarity with Epicor and Epicor ERP systems
• Experience in AB Testing
• Expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Change Management
• Proficiency in NextGen software and technologies
