We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Warehouse Analyst in the drinks and beverages industry, based in Rutherford, New Jersey. The Warehouse Analyst will play a crucial role in managing inventory, utilizing various software tools and platforms to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage and analyze warehouse inventory.

• Audit inventory records regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Handle inbound calls related to inventory queries or issues, providing timely and accurate responses.

• Perform clerical duties related to inventory management, including data entry and record keeping.

• Use ERP Solutions to streamline and optimize warehouse operations.

• Regularly update charts and graphs to visually represent inventory status and trends.

• Utilize the 'About Time' tool for effective time management and workflow optimization.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues related to inventory management.

• Continually monitor and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary for financial management and planning.
• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies is essential for efficient healthcare management in the warehouse.
• Ability to work with Epic Software for comprehensive health records management.
• Strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline and integrate operational processes.
• Experience with ERP Solutions to manage day-to-day business activities.
• Proficiency in using About Time software for effective time tracking and management.
• Skilled in Answering Inbound Calls, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in Auditing to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs for data visualization and analysis.
• Capable of performing Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, copying, and managing paperwork.
