Responsibilities:
• Accurately process payroll data using Accounting Software Systems.
• Ensure employee records are updated and maintained accurately.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits, such as 401k - RRSP.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll compliance, including certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now
• Oversee accounting functions related to payroll.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is required
• Knowledge and usage of About Time software is advantageous
• Familiarity with various Accounting Functions is necessary
• Proven experience in Auditing is desirable
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions efficiently is needed
