The primary role of the HR Manager is to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is integral to the smooth and efficient operation of the organization and will be working in the financial services industry.


    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee the implementation and usage of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

    • Manage the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) and Ceridian systems

    • Lead the Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives within the organization

    • Handle all aspects of benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction

    • Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization

    • Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations related to human resources

    • Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface or are brought to your attention

    • Oversee and manage the hiring processes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

    • Significant experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
    • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is essential
    • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must
    • Prior experience with Ceridian is necessary
    • Demonstrable knowledge of HCM is required
    • Proficiency in Benefit Functions is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills are essential
    • Strong understanding and experience in Compliance is necessary
    • Proven track record in managing Employee Relations is required
    • Solid knowledge of Hiring Processes is essential
