Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a great organization that is search of an Accounting Manager to join our team based in Roseville, California. The role is instrumental in managing various aspects of our accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, budget processes, employee benefit programs, and payroll for under 100 employees. Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process of Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including the generation of invoices and the collection of payments.

• Administer the organization's billing operations, ensuring all invoicing activities are completed promptly and accurately.

• Develop and maintain the budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Handle the Employee Benefit Program, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Oversee payroll for under 100 employees, ensuring it is processed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferable

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Demonstrated expertise in billing and invoice processing

• Solid understanding and experience of budget processes and financial forecasting

• Knowledge and experience in managing Employee Benefit Program

• Experience in managing payroll for under 100 employees
