We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the financial services sector for a CDO/Wires Analyst. This role involves processing customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Ensure the upkeep and accuracy of all customer credit records.
• Proactively handle customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Monitor customer accounts attentively and execute necessary actions.
• Utilize Excel to analyze and present data effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and tools for better customer service.
• Assist in the development of strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Familiarity with financial service industry regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with CDO/Wires in a financial setting.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
