Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting processes.
- Expertise in accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- An accounting certification such as CPA or CA is highly desirable.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
