    Responsibilities:


    • Independently manage critical military spares purchase orders

    • Efficiently clear order holds and submit data to the government WAWF site for delivery processing

    • Regularly communicate with customers regarding the status of purchase order modifications, which may involve updating customer portals and supporting customer meetings

    • Address daily customer inquiries and collaborate with various internal functions to resolve issues related to under lead time orders, schedule misalignments, and delivery schedules

    • Provide updates on commitments, recovery schedules, metrics, and data to external customers

    • Assist in resolving delivery level holds, including shipping, packaging, order holds, ITC, credit holds, portal issues, etc.

    • Generate and provide necessary documents such as packing slips and CoCs to the customers

    • Utilize SAP for sales order review and delivery/shipping related processing when needed

    • Support internal reporting and contribute to the implementation of process improvements.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Sales.
    • Experience with office functions and training.
    • Familiarity with reviewing processes and 'About Time' software.
    • Knowledge of Financial Notes and Metric Reporting.
    • Experience with managing Purchase Orders and Shipping.
    • Ability to liaise with Suppliers and contribute to Process Improvement.
    • Proficiency in SAP R/3 software.
    • Understanding of Specifications and Agreements.
    • Experience with Recovery processes and Packaging Components.
    • Ability to develop Validation Plans.
    • Experience dealing with External Customers.
    • Proficiency in Modification procedures.
    • Experience with Quotations.
    • Knowledge of A Plus and ASP - Active Server Page.
    • Experience with online Portals and conducting Customer Meetings.
