    We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be engaged in the government sector, handling a high volume of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) related tasks. This includes compiling packets, crafting approval letters, and making determinations on approvals or denials. This offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle a high volume of FMLA requests on a monthly basis
    • Compile and assemble FMLA packets for distribution
    • Draft and dispatch FMLA approval letters
    • Make determinations on FMLA approvals and denials
    • Stay updated and compliant with FMLA laws and regulations
    • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for processing tasks
    • Leverage Ceridian and Cisco Webex Meetings for communication and coordination
    • Employ CRM for managing customer relationships and auditing processes
    • Execute benefits functions and claim administration tasks
    • Carry out Cobra Administration duties
    • Maintain consistent communication with customers and team members.
    • Proven experience in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
    • Familiarity with Ceridian and Cisco Webex Meetings
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems
    • Strong auditing skills and a keen eye for detail
    • Extensive knowledge of benefit functions and claim administration
    • Experience in Cobra Administration
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Understanding and experience in managing FMLA processes
