    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.
    • years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
    • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in [specific legal practice area, e.g., litigation, family law, corporate law].
    • Familiarity with [specific software, e.g., Clio, MyCase, LexisNexis].
    • Notary Public certification (if applicable).
