Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruiting plans effectively
• Utilize various recruiting sources and techniques including ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CareerBuilder
• Conduct full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Oversee the recruitment for high volume and executive positions
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records using Applicant Track System
• Manage recruitment for various departments including HR, Accounting, and Finance
• Implement recruiting initiatives and processes to enhance the overall recruitment strategy
• Coordinate with the engineering recruiting team and corporate recruiting team
• Perform background checks and other recruitment-related activities
• Enhance communication and collaboration within the recruitment team.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Recruiter role.
• Experience with CareerBuilder is necessary
• Must be skilled in using CRM and Applicant Track System
• Ability to conduct background checks
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience conducting interviews
• Exposure to Corporate Recruiting and Engineering Recruiting
• Experience with Executive Recruiting
• Familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
• Proficient in Internet Recruiting
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a must
• Strong ability in Recruiting
• Experience coordinating Recruiting Activities
• Demonstrated success in executing Recruiting Initiatives
• Knowledge of various Recruiting Sources
• Familiarity with different Recruiting Processes
• Experience in developing and implementing Recruiting Plans
