We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This role is focused on delivering outstanding customer service in a call center setting and involves significant data entry. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are addressed and resolved
• Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining customer records accurately
• Correspond via email with customers, addressing their questions and concerns
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to facilitate efficient communication
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks, including order entry and record-keeping
• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with a focus on maintaining a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor.
• Prior experience in a detail-oriented call center customer service role is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues effectively.
• Proficient in data entry, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent skills in email correspondence, ensuring all communications are clear, concise, and timely.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, adept at managing high-volume call flow.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded and processed.
• Ability to efficiently schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
