We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team, focused on delivering exceptional user experiences for cutting-edge enterprise software. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping user interactions for our clinical trial software. While prior experience in the medical domain is not required, a proven track record of solving multi-layered user challenges in intricate environments is essential.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs.
- Split time across early-stage product development and new UX initiatives (50/50), seamlessly blending strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders, to align UX priorities with business objectives.
- Apply user-centered design principles to map workflows and design intuitive interfaces for enterprise-grade, B2B software.
- Break down complex problems into actionable design solutions, enabling users to efficiently navigate multi-layered systems.
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis) to identify pain points and uncover actionable insights.
- Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders, advocating for the user when trade-offs arise.
- Lead UX workshops and brainstorming sessions to ensure all team members bring value to the product vision.
- Collaboratively contribute to and maintain a unified design system.
- Stay informed about industry trends in UX design, tools, and methodologies in enterprise and B2B contexts.
- 5+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years in B2B or enterprise-grade software design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in delivering intuitive solutions for complex, multi-layered user workflows within enterprise software.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to transform user pain points into streamlined, effective design solutions.
- Experience working on early-stage product development, from discovery to launch.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
- A deep understanding of UX best practices, design methodologies, and human-centered design principles.
- The ability to balance competing priorities across design strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows; the ability to collaborate with developers in fast-paced environments.
