    Robert Half’s Finance & Accounting division is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our Raleigh team. This role is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated professional who excels in building relationships, understands the finance and accounting landscape, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    As a Business Development Specialist, you will work closely with Raleigh's finance and accounting leaders, providing innovative talent and workforce solutions to help them achieve their goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and accounting professionals and organizations.
    • Identify client needs and deliver tailored talent solutions to address their workforce challenges.
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our client base.
    • Share valuable market insights and hiring trends to help clients remain competitive.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in workforce planning and hiring strategies.


    Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

    Familiarity with the finance and accounting industry is preferred.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
