Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant fluent in both Spanish and English to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our clients' businesses. This role is a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, vendors, and staff, ensuring seamless communication and support across teams. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional administrative and customer service assistance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, preparing reports, updating records, and managing correspondence in both Spanish and English.
- Communication: Act as a translator or interpreter for verbal and written communication between English and Spanish speakers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to Spanish and English-speaking clients or team members, addressing concerns or questions via phone, email, or in person.
- Coordination: Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- Document Management: Create and manage bilingual documents, reports, and presentation materials.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve administrative issues efficiently and escalate any concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Support various departments by completing special projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to quickly learn other software tools.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with diverse individuals in a professional and courteous manner.
- Problem Solver: Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Preferred Skills and Characteristics
- Prior experience in providing bilingual administrative assistance.
- Knowledge of business communication etiquette in both Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., customer relationship management tools) is a plus.
