We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team, situated in Providence, Rhode Island. Focusing on the manufacturing industry, this role involves handling various accounting functions and requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Administer accounts payable (AP) processes
• Generate purchase orders and input them into the software system
• Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability
• Execute 3-way matching to verify invoices
• Issue checks on a weekly basis and reconcile accounts every month
• Compile General Ledger (GL) reports at each month's end
• Oversee and maintain customer credit records for accuracy
• Process customer credit applications with precision and in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing and organizing financial data.
• Comprehensive understanding of all accounting functions to maintain financial records accurately.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) to manage outgoing payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Ability to perform cash flow analysis to monitor company's financial health and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with 3 Way Matching process to ensure accuracy of invoices and payments.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred to understand industry-specific financial operations.
