    We are offering an opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our team. The role is based in Princeton, New Jersey, United States. The job function involves clerical tasks, handling inbound calls, managing office supplies, and operating in a detail-oriented workspace. The position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle and redirect inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner
    • Perform clerical duties including scanning documents and distributing mail
    • Utilize Adobe Sign for appropriate document processing
    • Maintain an adequate stock of office supplies and manage their distribution
    • Prepare and manage expense reports using Microsoft Excel
    • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications
    • Oversee and maintain precise customer credit records
    • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
    • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, managing customer queries professionally and efficiently
    • Ability to perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. with precision and attention to detail
    • Experience in mail distribution, ensuring all incoming and outgoing correspondence is handled in a timely manner
    • Proficient in scanning documents and maintaining digital and physical archives
    • Knowledge and experience in using Adobe Sign for document signing procedures
    • Responsibility for maintaining office supplies, including placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies
    • Experience in managing and submitting expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
