    We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our client's team in the Princeton, New Jersey area. As an Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position is crucial for maintaining long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for additional sales or services.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Identify opportunities for additional sales or services to drive business growth.

    • Maintain strong customer service skills to build long-term relationships with clients.

    • Proactively manage client accounts to anticipate and meet client needs.

    • Utilize your skills in Account Management to enhance client relations and business growth.

    • Proven experience in an Account Management role

    • Strong understanding and practical knowledge of account management principles

    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

    • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

    • Proven ability to upsell and grow client accounts

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

    • Strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions
