<p>Robert Half is seeking a <strong>Senior Network Administrator</strong> to lead the design, planning, security, and ongoing operations of a multi-site, enterprise network environment across North America. This role will play a key part in driving network strategy, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring high availability and security across all systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Long-term contract </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid in Seattle, Washington or Portland, Oregon </p><p><strong>Pay rate:</strong> $45-$50/hourly (W2)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Own the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations </li><li>Develop and propose a strategic roadmap for adopting new network technologies </li><li>Maintain and enhance network security, including internal and perimeter protections </li><li>Perform real-time network monitoring and respond to security threats, malware, and intrusion attempts </li><li>Ensure high availability and reliability through proactive monitoring, redundancy, and fault tolerance planning </li><li>Conduct traffic and capacity analysis to optimize network performance </li><li>Manage and support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, SAN, and internet services across all sites </li><li>Administer and troubleshoot Fortinet environments (FortiGate, FortiOS, VPN, wireless) </li><li>Manage remote access solutions, including site-to-site VPNs and RADIUS </li><li>Partner with infrastructure teams on endpoint security and network configurations </li><li>Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, driving issues through resolution </li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation, including network design and processes </li><li>Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve performance and security </li><li>Provide escalation support to Desktop Support and other IT teams </li><li>Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support as needed </li></ul>
