We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Interim Director of Product Management in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team, leading implementation/migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, planning product roadmaps, and monitoring performance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of product managers/product owners to support the delivery of features and enhancements for the patient experience and specific requirements for our business and third-party care units
• Oversee migrations/onboarding for new clients our app/web experience, working closely with business and market leaders to ensure successful delivery and post-launch experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders, designers, engineers, marketers, and operations to align and successfully deliver digital product initiatives for our patient experiences.
• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap focused on improving patient interactions and outcomes, ensuring successful delivery of roadmap commitments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient engagement and satisfaction, develop post-launch tracking, and partner with the analytics team for required reporting.
• Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders involved in the migration process, regularly update them on progress, address any concerns promptly, and gather feedback to continuously improve the migration strategy.
• Utilize software tools including PowerPoint for storytelling and executive-level communications, Aha, Miro, and Figma.
• Exceptional communication skills are required to effectively interact with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in reporting, including KPI reporting, is essential.
• Ability to conduct training sessions for team members and new hires.
• Solid understanding of IT operations within the Healthcare/NHS industry.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation to drive performance monitoring and improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Experience in onboarding new team members and managing their progress effectively.
• Proven track record in the successful implementation of IT projects.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Figma.
• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
• Experience in managing migration projects, including developing and executing migration strategies.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews as part of the recruitment process.
• Ability to manage and work with offshore teams.
• Experience in using storytelling techniques to convey complex information in an understandable way.
• Knowledge of TRICARE system is a plus.
• Ability to identify and implement enhancements to improve processes and systems.
