What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for client assignments.
• Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations professionals, to address accounting discrepancies and develop efficient processes.
• Assist with audits, whether internal or external, by gathering and organizing required documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for various client organizations.
• Advise clients with research on accounting standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., GAAP).
• Adapt quickly to fit seamlessly into client teams, maintaining professionalism and representing Robert Half’s high standards of service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with a solid understanding of GAAP principles and practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with great attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the flexibility to thrive in various team settings.
• CPA and/or MBA is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to travel to local client offices for assignments (if applicable).
