We are seeking a Controller for a long-term contract employment opportunity. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, allocating funds, and handling various accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
• Construct and modify budgets effectively
• Strategically allocate funds to optimize income streams
• Handle financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage the vouchering process for grants on a quarterly basis
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for financial management
• Maintain and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
• Utilize Crystal Reports to present financial data and reports
• Manage Budget Processes efficiently and effectively
• Ensure adherence to Federal Grant and Government Grants policies
• Oversee Grant Accounting and Grant Management, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems for streamlining financial operations
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services for efficient payroll management
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports for generating dynamic reports
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions to maintain financial health of the organization
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven track record in Auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Knowledge of Budget Processes for effective financial planning and control
• Experience in Federal Grant and Government Grants accounting
• Proficiency in Grant Accounting for appropriate use of funds
• Experience in Grant Management for overseeing the grant process from application to completion
