    A well-established litigation law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced paralegal to support attorneys in its Product Liability practice. This role involves managing case lifecycles, handling discovery processes, preparing legal documents, and assisting with depositions and trials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

    • Oversee the lifecycle of active cases and track case progress.
    • Order, follow up on, and summarize medical, employment, academic, tax, and insurance records.
    • Prepare motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery responses as requested.
    • Assist with document reviews on eDiscovery platforms.
    • Organize and analyze factual data in multi-district litigation.
    • Support deposition and trial preparation, including:
    • Summarizing fact and expert witness depositions.
    • Identifying, compiling, and analyzing case information.
    • Preparing case files, witness binders, and trial exhibits.
    • Coordinating and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.
    • File pleadings electronically in state and federal courts.
    • Track and enter billable time into the firm’s billing system.


    Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation, including product liability, class actions, multi-district litigation, commercial litigation, or personal injury.
    • Paralegal certificate preferred.
    • Experience with county, state, and federal courts, including knowledge of CM/ECF filing.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients.
    • Proactive, organized, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Experience with litigation technology applications such as eDiscovery platforms, Case Notebook, and Relativity.
    • Experience with iManage and Prolaw is a plus.
