Responsibilities:
• Handle the processing of both accounts payable and accounts receivable in an efficient and timely manner.
• Take charge of managing bank reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger.
• Perform administrative duties which include responding to phone calls.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date lease agreements.
• Conduct month-end closings to keep financial records current and accurate.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management
• Demonstrated ability to manage a General Ledger
• Experience in preparing Journal Entries
• Knowledge of Lease Agreements and their financial implications
• Skill in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
