We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Wholesale Distribution team located in Piscataway, New Jersey. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in forging strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional level of client service.
Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, marketing, finance, and IT to establish efficient internal processes and enhance service delivery.
• Develop and implement growth strategies within key accounts, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
• Conduct strategic account reviews and present insightful reports to the senior leadership team.
• Partner with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns tailored to key accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities, optimizing stock compliance, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Regularly monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to optimize profit and sales volume.
• Coordinate effective forecasting, product range management, and supply chain activities.
• Develop and leverage an omni-channel approach to strengthen the brand’s digital presence within key retailers.
• Collaborate with trade marketing to enhance the digital footprint across various platforms.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key digital decision-makers at partner retailers.
• Proficiency in 3M operations and processes
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficient in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively
• Proficient in Billing Functions
• Knowledge of Budget Processes
• Experience in Campaign Planning
