Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an interim XiFin Business Analyst that will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support during the XiFin to NetSuite integration for one of our healthcare clients. This role requires a deep understanding of XiFin data and processes, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and operational teams.
Responsibilities:
• Provide functional expertise and support for the XiFin to NetSuite integration project.
• Analyze XiFin data and processes to ensure accurate data mapping and migration to NetSuite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the integration.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate the integration and ensure data accuracy.
• Map current and future state processes related to revenue cycle management and financial operations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to the XiFin integration, working closely with technical teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data mappings, and test scripts.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including technical teams, operational staff, and management.
• Act as a subject matter expert on XiFin data and processes.
• Support user acceptance testing.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare setting.
• Extensive experience with XiFin revenue cycle management system.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, and collections.
• Experience with system integrations, preferably XiFin and NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience in data mapping and data migration.
