    We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is situated in the mortgage servicing industry where you will be directly engaging with our customers, handling a variety of inbound requests and inquiries, and utilizing our internal software platform.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including website assistance and escrow processing.
    • Engage positively and courteously with every homeowner, providing superior customer service.
    • Handle outbound collection activities for accounts, primarily those less than 30 days past due.
    • Direct eligible homeowners towards refinancing opportunities through the Originations department.
    • Keep track of performance expectations.
    • Become proficient in using our proprietary servicing software and contribute to system improvement recommendations.
    • Route different types of calls to the appropriate internal parties using established escalation paths.
    • Maintain an eagerness to learn and adapt to different personality types.
    • Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service is required
    • Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
    • A high level of understanding and ability to deliver Superior Customer Service
    • Knowledge and experience with Mortgage Documents is essential
    • Familiarity with Mortgage Operations is a plus
    • Experience in Mortgage Servicing is highly desirable
    • Understanding of Mortgages in general is necessary
