We are assisting our Phoenix (Biltmore area) law firm client with a search for a Real Estate Associate Attorney with over 2 years of experience. The role will be primarily focused on commercial real estate transactions, encompassing a variety of responsibilities from dealing with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing to handling case management and document management tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Execute real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities
• Provide expert advice on and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other real estate related documents
• Utilize case management software for efficient handling of tasks
• Draft and review operating agreements, forming entities, and other corporate law-related documents
• Address and resolve title-related issues affecting real property
• Display strong attention to detail and organizational skills in managing customer credit records
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Leverage skills in briefing and commercial real estate for optimal results.
• Applicant must be licensed by the State Bar of Arizona and possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Real Estate / Corporate Associate Attorney
