    We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Security Engineer IV (Contractor) based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position is within the industry, where you will provide technical support, manage partner onboarding, and handle user administration. You will also have the opportunity to lead PKI-related projects using Agile frameworks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle the provision of L1/L2 technical support for PKI services, including certificate management and security protocols
    • Administer partner onboarding and user management in the PKI environment
    • Troubleshoot issues related to digital certificates, SSL/TLS, code signing, and client authentication
    • Manage certificate lifecycle, including issuance, renewal, and revocation
    • Collaborate with DevOps for maintaining PKI environments, ensuring high availability and security compliance
    • Respond to technical incidents and service requests, providing root cause analysis when necessary
    • Document troubleshooting processes and technical configurations
    • Lead PKI-related projects, utilizing Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
    • Plan, execute, and monitor project tasks, deliverables, and deadlines
    • Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
    • Keep project documentation, risk assessments, and reports up-to-date
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Planning and Project Management within an IT Security environment
    • Strong technical support skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other software such as JIRA and R Code
    • Experience in executing security protocols and configuration management
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including vendors
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear presentations and onboarding processes
    • Knowledge of Agile Scrum framework and ability to work in an Agile environment
    • Proven track record in managing deliverables within the assigned timeline
    • Deep understanding of Cyber Security principles and practices
    • Experience in vendor management to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Must be able to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions
    • Strong understanding of IT security frameworks and their implementation.
