Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper or Junior Accountant for a possible temporary-to-hire position that is available for an immediate start. In this dynamic role, you will handle a variety of accounting functions and projects, including:
Some Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Bank Reconciliations, Invoices, Billing, and related tasks. Cash Posting and Cash Receipts,
Supporting various accounting-related projects as needed.
This on-site role provides a platform to develop your skills while contributing to the team’s financial operations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a mix of the following qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred but not required. 2+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
The ability to learn new ERP systems swiftly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in managing financial information.
Desired Traits:

Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and tools.
Dependability, with a proactive approach to work responsibilities.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Must have experience working with CaseWare
• Familiarity with Concur is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
• Ability to handle all basic accounting functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Must have experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in auditing is necessary
• Experience with bank reconciliations is a must
